TARGET advised the shareholders of SAIM, a family-owned company specialized in the design, installation and after-sales servicing of industrial refrigeration systems and post-harvest technologies for the agri-food sector, in the sale to Frigoveneta, a company controlled by Ambienta SGR, a European asset manager focused on environmental sustainability.

Headquartered in Fondi (Latina) and with a strong technical presence in the industrial refrigeration sector, SAIM represents a key strategic addition to strengthen Frigoveneta’s platform in central and southern Italy. The founding family has also reinvested in the platform alongside Ambienta SGR, strengthening its commitment to the shared growth project.
